Describe the work you do at the Credit Union.

At SCE Credit Union, I strive to provide reliable service to make the lives of our members as convenient as possible, which I find incredibly fulfilling. I’ve been able to save members time and money with products and services that fit their needs. There’s nothing better than seeing the visible signs of relief on a member’s face when we find the correct solution for them. Sometimes, it’s as simple as helping a new member get on their feet, providing them with a fresh slate. I also enjoy being a resource to members when they purchase their first home.

What was your first job?

My first job was at a retail store that sells cellphones. There, I worked  as a Client Service Representative.

How did you come to be an SCE Credit Union team member?

Previously, I worked in other industries dealing with loans. I also had experience with customer service driven jobs, namely my prior role at a law firm. My previous experiences taught me a lot and helped me develop for my daily and current role as a Financial Services Representative at the Credit Union.

How do you spend your free time?

I usually spend my free time with family and my fur baby Montana. I also enjoy reading. On the weekends, I love going to coffee shops after a morning walk with my dog.

Do you speak any languages, other than English?

Yes, I speak Spanish.
