Describa el trabajo que hace en la Credit Union.
I assist members over the phone when they call our Member Care Center. I enjoy talking to our members every day, whether I’m assisting them with a service or sharing my knowledge. I enjoy my day-to-day tasks – I’m always learning something new, which is very fulfilling.

Mi primer trabajo fue como recepcionista en una empresa de abogados. Trabajé allí durante cuatro años.
¿Cómo llegó a ser miembro del equipo de SCE Credit Union?
I was first exposed to the Credit Union in the city I used to live in, where I would pass by a branch frequently. At the time, I wasn’t too happy with my job as a manager at McDonald’s. I had previous banking experience and worked at JP Morgan Chase for some time. I knew I wanted to use my banking knowledge to start a new career path.
¿Qué le gusta hacer en su tiempo libre?
I like to spend time with my family. I’m very family-oriented, and since I’m the oldest of my siblings, I’m always looking out for them. I currently have two very cute parakeets who take all my time, but I would like to have a puppy soon. I enjoy music, UFC, basketball and outdoor activities.
Do you speak any languages other than English?
Sí, hablo español.
